Erina maybe? Connecr reported the issue as fixed after signing in with my personal email account. Then, I tried to use SSO to sign in on the desktop client and had some errors associated with that, and when I went back to sign in with my gmail address I again could wwont connect to Zoom to log in.

Crossed fingers As an IT professional, I was trying to help my wife with her Zoom on windows and of lxptop, I broke it, resulting in the error messages folks are getting here. It's because I tried to sign her in with SSO, which she doesn't use. She always joins as a guest, and doesn't actually zoom for windows 10 64 into Zoom.
The fix was to sign her in with a working personal account, wyy sign out. It stopped prompting her for an SSO sign-on. Hope this helps other folks!
